What is a 'conversation'?

A conversation is approximately 3-4 back-and-forth messages. The credits included in each plan cover normal usage without extra costs. If you exceed the limit, each additional message is charged based on the AI model used.

Is the USD 1,000 onboarding mandatory?

Yes, it's a one-time payment that covers the initial setup: documentation upload, channel connection, agent customization and team training. It ensures the agent is properly configured from day one.

Are WhatsApp costs included in the plan?

No. WhatsApp usage involves additional costs defined by Meta depending on message type. We coordinate the details during onboarding based on your case.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. For annual plans, the change applies to the next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed the plan's conversations?

Each additional message is charged based on the AI model used. We notify you before you reach the limit so you can decide whether to upgrade or adjust usage.

Is there a free trial?
